Yesterday mom and I were talking about how she can't sleep that long. If she goes to bed earlier than usual she'll wake up at 3 a.m. and not be able to go back to bed. On the other hand, if I go to bed early i'll be able to sleep longer than 3 a.m. and take a nap during the day.
Just wondering why is it people in their 20's sleep more than the older people. I would think it would be the opposite...maybe i'll hit a few sites on this later. Or is this all in the mind? excuses?
I was reading a magazine yesterday and copied this down.
A Winner's Guidebook.
There are things all successful people do without even thinking.
Here are five from: Cynthia Kersey "Unstoppable"
1. Trust yourself: follow your intuition no matter what others say
2. Pursue your passion: commit to projects you love, and they will fuel you with energy and enthusiasm
3. Avoid Negativity: Tell yourself you'll make it, no matter how long it takes or how many times you failed along the way
4. Acknowledge accomplishments: Keep track of your daily victories will remind you of your progress
5. Ask for help: Find people who've done what you're setting out to do, and seek their advice.
